I am an occupational therapy student at Charles University in the Czech Republic, conducting an international survey as part of my thesis on occupational therapy in palliative care.
The questionnaire is intended for occupational therapists who work with people in palliative care either regularly or occasionally (e.g., in nursing homes, neurology, or long-term care settings). The aim is to compare experiences, current practice, education, and the professional role of occupational therapists in caring for patients in advanced or terminal stages of illness.
The questionnaire is anonymous and takes approximately 5 - 10 minutes.
